Front reception staff were excellent. The arrival booking in process was quick. Lindy, in particular, was very helpful throughout the week. She had good suggestions of eateries and tourist sights to visit. My room was very spacious. The wardrobe had coathangers, an ironing board, iron, and spare pillows, etc. There were mini soaps, shampoos, and body washes provided. I personally liked their pillows. The air-conditioning worked exceptionally well during the heatwave conditions. I had an end room, and it was extremely quiet. No other guests were put next to me. Huge bonus! The undercover parking right outside the room was appreciated. Kept the car cool during the summer heatwave. I also asked for a microwave to be provided during my stay, and this was already placed in my room. The mini fridge worked well. I extended my stay for another 4 days.

A very big "thank you" to Lindy at Reception who did everything to make our stay go well. We especially appreciated her letting us know about the "secret gem" for lunch - it was delicious! It was a nice surprise to find a toaster and coffee maker in our room. Bed was comfortable and it was great to have the little private, outdoor area to sit and enjoy a drink. The pool looked very inviting and the onsite Asian Restaurant was a convenient spot for dinner on our second night (visitors should be aware it is not open on Wednesdays).

Lindy was very friendly and helpful. Chris also had great communication and helped us with an early check in. Thank you! The room was as described. The bed was very comfortable. Had all the basics. No microwave but did have a kettle and toaster. There was access to a laundry. We appreciated this. There were some noises from other rooms and the building due to heat and thin walls but it was nothing major that impacted on our experience. The pool was fantastic! Small area but great to cool off. Would stay again.

Michelle

Great location with easy access to everything you might need in the Barossa re shops, restaurants, wineries. Room was spacious and very quiet. Good covered parking is provided right outside each room. The architectural aspect of the complex is very interesting in itself. The rooms on our side of the complex had from the rear sliding door a nice sunny outlook over lawn and shrubs, and if I was staying longer I would have enjoyed sitting outdoors with a glass of wine and some snacks.

David

Comfortable stay on our road trip. I cannot fault the venue and the host/manager offered a friendly welcome. Clean and offered all the basics needed for a two-night stay in the Barossa. Parking was easy and under-cover in front of the room, with acceptable height restrictions on entry or exit (think about 2.4-2.5m) - more parking at the front should you exceed this height. Split bathroom/toilet was great for a family of 3 to get moving each morning...
